IEMS’s curriculum has a unique structure, offering rigor and flexibility with foundation of broad management skills in the core and an unmatched array of electives and majors to help you develop one or more areas of expertise. IEMS’s new core curriculum combines increased rigor with flexibility so you can customize learning by selecting a course pathway through content areas based on your educational and career experience and goals. Offered as quarter- or semester-long courses, the core curriculum covers traditional management disciplines with an emphasis on analytical rigor — accounting, finance, marketing, management, operations, statistics, and microeconomics — as well as the leadership, ethics, and communication skills necessary for leadership.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Introduction:

Mechanical Engineering as a discipline has, perhaps, the widest applications. Engineers use the principles of physics to design, analyze, manufacture and maintain mechanical systems across different industry platforms. The Mechanical Engineers are trained in mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, energy etc. and can apply their skills across industries such as automobiles, aviation, heating & cooling systems and virtually all manufacturing facilities from medical equipment, white goods manufacturers, automobile manufacturing, OEMs to various industries etc. Apart from direct involvement in manufacturing, Mechanical Engineers are also involved in consulting, advisory services and research and development of mechanical devises and also associated maintenance services.

Program Objective:
